CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

·        Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

·        Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

·        Damaged product received

·        Wrong item delivered

·        Missing item in shipment

Reporting Issues

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

1.     Order number

2.     Photographs and/or videos

3.     Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Refund Process

Upon verification:

·        Refunds may be issued to the original payment method.

·        Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


Replacement Policy

Where feasible, MyFoods may provide a replacement instead of a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns are not available for:


·        Change of mind

·        Product opened or consumed

·        Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

·        Delay caused by courier partners after dispatch
